Important Note for ISU Challenger Series Teams:

Please ensure that your team is registered in the official ISU Online Registration System (ORS) prior to submitting this form. Submitting this form on our website is required for all teams (both Challenger Series and Interclub) to enable us to successfully organize and arrange all necessary services, logistics, and hospitality for your team's arrival.

• Confirmation & Team Dashboard: Once submitted, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email includes a direct link to your Team Dashboard, where you can view the status of all your submitted forms, access links to additional forms, and track your ordered and confirmed services.

• Service Forms: Please submit all required service forms listed on your dashboard, even if you do not require a specific service.

• Editing & Early Submission: All forms remain editable until their respective deadlines. We kindly ask you to submit them as early as possible, even if some details (e.g., final flight numbers) are currently unknown. You can update your information at any time via the "View and Edit Response" link in your confirmation email or through your Team Dashboard.

Music submission

Online music submission is the ONLY accepted method to submit program music. The uploaded program music file MUST conform to the following specifications:

• each program (short/free) must be recorded as one single track, in a separate file, and of excellent quality.
• provide your Competition music in an MP3-file format of high quality (192 kbps or more).
• each music file should be labelled <Category><TeamName><program SP or FS>
