- Please submit all forms listed below, even if you do not require the specific service.
- Editing & Early Submission: All forms remain editable until the respective deadlines. We kindly ask you to submit them as early as possible, even if some details (e.g., flight numbers) are currently unknown. You can update your information later by using the "View and Edit Response" link found in the automated confirmation email you will receive after submitting .

Music submission
Deadline January 5, 2026
Online music submission is the ONLY accepted method to submit program music. The uploaded program music file MUST conform to the following specifications:
- each program (short/free) must be recorded as one single track, in a separate file, and of excellent quality.
- provide your Competition music in an MP3-file format of high quality (192 kbps or more).
- each music file should be labelled <Category><TeamName><program SP or FS>
for example: Junior_TeamName_SP or BasicNovice_NameSurname_FS
